Cycle Breaker Bootcamp (6 weeks)

Break the Cycle at the Root. Build a New Standard That Lasts.

If you’re tired of starting over and you know you need more than a reset. This is deeper mentorship, real accountability, and step-by-step implementation. We don’t just name the pattern… we replace it. We build the habits, stewardship, and emotional discipline that create lasting change and a legacy your family can stand on.

The Reset is your starting point. The Bootcamp is where we build the new standard and maintain it.

I Know You’re Ready for More Than a Reset

If you’re here, it’s not because you’re curious. It’s because you’ve already had the realizations. You already know what keeps repeating. You’ve already told yourself, “I can’t keep living like this.” And you’ve probably had moments where you felt strong, motivated, and ready… and then real life happened- the pressure, fatigue, triggers, disappointment and the old cycle tried to pull you right back in.

That’s the part people don’t talk about.

Breaking generational patterns isn’t only about seeing the pattern. It’s about having the support, the structure, and the accountability to replace it. Week after week until what used to be your default no longer has power over you.

Because when you’ve been carrying cycles for years, you don’t need another emotional moment. You need a space that holds you up while you build. You need guidance that doesn’t just tell you what’s wrong. You need a mentor who helps you turn the corner and stay there.

And let me say this in your language: you’re not weak because you’ve struggled to stay consistent. You’re human. You’ve been fighting what was normalized, what was passed down, and what became familiar. That’s why this isn’t a 6-week “class.”

This is mentorship. This is accountability. This is building a new standard on purpose.

What the Cycle Breaker Bootcamp Is

The Cycle Breaker Bootcamp is a 6-week, faith-led mentoring experience for the person who is ready to go deeper and not just identify the cycle, but replace it with a new standard that lasts.

If the CAMIEL Reset is where you finally slow down, get honest, and get your footing…
the Bootcamp is where we build the foundation.

This is where we take what you know needs to change and turn it into real-life implementation: the habits, the stewardship, the emotional discipline, and the consistency that makes the cycle break sustainable not temporary.

Because it’s one thing to recognize a pattern.
It’s another thing to stop it when you’re triggered.
To steward money when you’re stressed.
To respond differently when you feel pressure.
To stay consistent when life is life.

That’s what we practice here. Week by week engagements with structure, guidance, and accountability.

And yes, this space is faith-led. But hear me clearly: everyone is welcome. If you’re ready to do the work and you’re serious about change, you belong here.

You’re not here because you need another reminder that something has to change. You already know that. You’re here because you’re ready for the part that actually costs something: consistency. The part where you don’t just recognize the cycle, you replace it. The part where you stop “having breakthroughs” and start building a new normal.

Because breaking generational patterns isn’t one decision, it’s a series of decisions made on ordinary days. On stressful days. On triggering days. On days when nobody is clapping for you. And that’s where most people lose momentum not because they don’t mean it, but because they don’t have accountability and reinforcement long enough for the new standard to take root.

That’s what the Cycle Breaker Bootcamp is. It’s not a reset. It’s a build. A 6-week mentorship container where we practice new responses, install new rhythms, and put real structure around your life ensuring the old cycle stops being your default.

So let me show you what’s included… because this isn’t information. This is transformation with accountability.

What’s Included in Your Bootcamp Journey

This Bootcamp is built for implementation. We’re not just talking about change. We’re training for it. You’ll get weekly mentorship, clear weekly assignments, and accountability that helps the new standard become your new normal.

→ Weekly live group mentoring with me
This is where we go deep, get honest, and get direction. You’ll be guided in real time because we are a community.

→ Weekly implementation assignments (the work that makes it real)
Not busywork butpractice. The kind that builds consistency on ordinary days, stressful days, and triggering days.

→ Accountability that keeps you from drifting
Because awareness without follow-through turns into frustration. We’re building momentum and staying with it long enough for the new rhythm to stick.

→ The CAMIEL Framework applied to your real life
Not generic advice. We apply the framework to what’s been repeating in your life from money stewardship, emotional discipline, identity, relationships, purpose, and follow-through.

→ Tools + templates you can reuse beyond the 6 weeks
So you leave with more than “a good experience.” You leave with repeatable tools you can return to when life gets loud.

→ Support for revert moments (when the old script shows up)
Because the cycle doesn’t disappear just because you had a good week. You’ll learn how to catch it early, reset fast, and stay on track.

→ A personal “New Standard” plan
Not just “I want better.” A clear standard for how you live, what you tolerate, what you steward, and what you pass down on purpose.

Bottom line: this isn’t a reset you finish. It’s a foundation you build. By the end of these 6 weeks, you won’t just understand the pattern… you’ll have practiced new responses, built new rhythms, and put structure around your life so the old cycle isn’t your default anymore.

What Starts Changing Over 6 Weeks

Let me tell you what makes six weeks powerful: you don’t just learn something. You practice it long enough for it to become your new normal.

Because real change isn’t one breakthrough. It’s repetition. It’s choosing differently on ordinary days. It’s responding differently when you’re triggered. It’s stewarding your money when you’re stressed. It’s staying consistent when nobody is watching and life is life.

This is what starts changing when you commit to the work:

You stop living on autopilot.
You start catching the cycle while it’s trying to run you and you don’t just “notice it”… you know what to do next.

You build emotional discipline that holds under pressure.
Not just calm when things are easy but strength when things are hard. You learn how to pause, reset, and respond like the healed version of you.

Your stewardship starts showing up in real life.
In decisions. In money. In follow-through. You stop leaking energy and resources, and you start building with intention.

Your identity strengthens.
You stop reaching for validation. You stop shrinking. You stop settling. You start moving like someone who knows what they carry and who they’re becoming.

Your relationships begin to shift.
Not because everyone changes, but because you do. You set boundaries. You make different choices. You stop repeating what’s familiar and start choosing what’s healthy.

Legacy becomes practical.
Not a dream. Not a “someday.” You begin living a new standard that your family can stand on because the cycle is being replaced in you, in real time.

And maybe the biggest change of all?
You start trusting yourself again because you’re no longer just saying “no more.” You’re building the proof of it.

How This Starts Showing Up in Your Life

This is where it stops being something you’re “working on” and starts showing up in your day-to-day because when the cycle breaks at the root, your life starts changing on the outside too.

In your money:
You stop avoiding it, ignoring it, or reacting emotionally with it. You start stewarding with intention: clearer decisions, fewer impulsive moves, less leaking, and more consistency in how you handle what God has already placed in your hands.

In your routines and follow-through:
You stop living in extremes. Motivated one week, disappearing the next. You build a rhythm you can sustain, and you start finishing what you start. Small steps become a pattern, and that pattern becomes momentum.

In your emotional responses:
You still feel things, but you don’t get taken out by them. You recognize triggers faster, reset sooner, and respond with more control and maturity especially in moments that used to derail you.

In your relationships:
You stop repeating familiar dynamics. You set clearer boundaries. You communicate differently. You stop people-pleasing, over-explaining, or settling and you start choosing what’s healthy.

In your purpose, career, and goals:
Because you’re no longer carrying constant inner chaos, you get clearer. You move with intention. You take action. And yes, you start building what you’ve been called to build, instead of staying stuck in cycles that drain you.

This is what six weeks of mentorship and accountability produces: not just insight but movement.

What You’ll Do in 6 Weeks

Let me make this practical because the reason you’re even considering a Bootcamp is because you don’t need another moment. You need something that holds up in real life.

Over these 6 weeks, we’re not just identifying the cycle. We’re building what replaces it. And the difference is this: you won’t be relying on willpower. You’ll be guided through a repeatable process, with accountability, practice, and structure for the hard moments; the moments when you usually revert.

Here’s what you’ll actually be doing:

→ You’ll name the real pattern and what triggers it.
Not vague. Not “I struggle sometimes.” We’re getting specific: what repeats, what sets it off, what you tell yourself in that moment, and what you tend to do next.

→ You’ll uncover the “inner script” running underneath it.
Because cycles don’t survive on behavior alone: they survive on beliefs, wounds, fear, lack, and familiar dysfunction. We identify what’s been driving the pattern so you stop fighting the fruit and finally address the root.

→ You’ll practice new responses until they become your new normal.
This is where most attempts fall apart. People know what they should do, but they haven’t trained for real-life pressure. In this Bootcamp, you’ll rehearse what to do when you’re triggered, tired, overwhelmed, lonely, or stressed, you’re not guessing in the moment.

→ You’ll build stewardship where you’ve been inconsistent.
Emotionally, financially, relationally, and in follow-through. Not perfection but stewardship. We’ll put structure around the places you tend to leak time, money, energy, and confidence.

→ You’ll create your “revert protocol” and use it in real time.
So when the old cycle shows up (because it will), you don’t spiral and lose weeks. You reset fast, get back on track, and keep building. That’s how change becomes sustainable.

→ You’ll be held accountable to what you said you want.
Not in a harsh way. But in a way that keeps you from drifting back into the same loop with a new notebook and the same outcome. You’ll have weekly checkpoints and real implementation so your progress doesn’t stay in your head.

→ You’ll build your personal “New Standard” plan.
Not vague goals. A clear standard for how you live, what you tolerate, what you steward, and what you will pass down on purpose. Your legacy becomes practical, not just inspirational.

And every week, you’ll be guided through it. Not left to figure it out alone. Because the goal isn’t to “finish” six weeks—the goal is to walk away changed… with a rhythm you can maintain and a standard you can keep.

Who This Bootcamp Is For

This Bootcamp is for the one who’s not just “thinking about change” anymore. You’re ready to build it.

It’s for you if you’re ready to:
→ stop circling and start installing a new normal
→ be honest about what’s repeating without shame and without excuses
→ show up weekly and actually do the work (even when it’s uncomfortable)
→ build emotional discipline, stewardship, and consistency in real life
→ create a new generational standard that your family can stand on

You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to be “fully healed.” You don’t have to have the right words. You just need to be willing and ready to stay with it long enough for the change to take root.

Let me be honest (with love)…

This Bootcamp won’t be a fit if you’re looking for a quick fix without participation. If you’re not ready to reflect, implement, and take weekly action steps, it’s going to feel like too much.

But if you’re tired of starting over… if you’re ready to be guided, supported, and held accountable… and you’re willing to build a new standard one week at a time, then this space was made for you.

Bootcamp FAQ

How much time will this take each week?
Plan for about 60–90 minutes for the weekly live session, plus 30–60 minutes during the week for implementation. Some weeks you’ll want to go deeper and you can, but this Bootcamp is built for real life, not perfection.

What if I miss a live session?
Life happens. If you miss, you’re not “behind” or disqualified. You can catch up and keep moving. The goal isn’t perfect attendance. It’s building consistency and follow-through over time.

What if I start strong and then struggle to stay consistent?
That’s exactly why this Bootcamp exists. We’re not relying on willpower. We’re building structure and accountability. You’ll learn how to reset quickly and keep going instead of spiraling or quitting.

Do I have to share personal details in the group?
No. You can participate at the level you’re comfortable with. You can be quiet and still get value. This is a safe, respectful space.

Is this faith-based? And is everyone welcome?
Yes. This space is faith-led, and everyone is welcome. You don’t have to “have it all figured out” spiritually to be supported here. If you’re ready to do the work and you’re serious about change, you belong here.

Is this therapy?
This is mentoring and coaching. It’s structured guidance, tools, and accountability for breaking cycles and building a new standard. If you’re in a season where you need clinical therapy or crisis support, I encourage you to seek professional care alongside this work.

Will this help me with money, relationships, career, and purpose or is it only mindset?
This is deeper than mindset. We work on the root, and we also work on the real-life outcomes: emotional discipline, stewardship, decision-making, consistency, boundaries, and building what you’ve been called to build.

How do I join?
Click Join the Bootcamp -  $597 and follow the checkout steps. Once you’re in, you’ll receive access details and next steps so you know exactly where to start.

Do I have to pay in full?
No. You can pay in full, or you can split it into two payments, whatever makes this step doable for you. I know part of building a new standard is learning how to steward what you have wisely, and I don’t want finances to be the reason you keep postponing what you know you need. Choose the option that supports your season, and then come ready to do the work.

Are the weekly sessions recorded?
Yes. I’ll record the live sessions so you can replay them if you can’t make it live (or if you want to go back and take notes). Recordings will be shared after each session.

Your Journey Begins

I need you to know this is personal for me because I’ve been there.

I know what it feels like to be tired of yourself. Tired of making the same promises “This is the last time. I’m done. I’m changing.” and then life hits, emotions rise, pressure builds… and you find yourself slipping back into what’s familiar. I’ve had seasons where I was frustrated with my own inconsistency, frustrated with my own choices, and honestly tired of feeling like I was carrying something I didn’t even ask for.

But here’s what I learned: breaking generational patterns is not a one-time decision. It’s a process. It’s a build. And it requires structure, because willpower will not carry you through the hard days.

That’s why this Bootcamp exists.

These six weeks are not the finish line. They’re the foundation. This is where we do the deeper work, practice new responses, install new rhythms, and build a new standard with accountability. When the old script tries to show up again, you don’t spiral and start over… you know how to reset and keep building.

You’re not behind. You’re not broken. And you’re not alone. If you’re ready to stop circling and start building what lasts, I’m ready to walk with you.
