This website is operated by Camiel Davenport, LLC under the name Camiel Mentoring (“Camiel Mentoring,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully.

By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise interacting with Camiel Mentoring, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Eligibility

This website is intended for users age 13 and older. To purchase a product or service or to enter into any agreement with us, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the site you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems

• Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data without permission

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, infringing, or misleading

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, teachings, devotionals, resources, graphics, the Camiel Mentoring name, and related materials, is owned by Camiel Davenport, LLC or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Materials connected to the book are subject to their own publisher and platform terms.

 

Your submissions

If you submit a message, comment, question, or other content to us or in any community space we provide, you are responsible for that content and confirm you have the right to share it. You grant Camiel Mentoring permission to use that content as needed to respond to you and operate our services. Do not submit confidential information you do not wish to share.

Purchases and payments

If you purchase a product, resource, coaching session, or community access through this website, prices and details will be shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor under its own terms.

Refunds and cancellations

• This policy applies to purchases made directly through this website. Products purchased through a third-party platform, such as the book sold on Amazon, follow that platform’s own return policy.

• Digital products and downloads. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products, downloads, and resources are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by law.

• Coaching and mentoring sessions. You may reschedule a session at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited and non-refundable. A single session may be refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and before the session takes place.

• Coaching packages and programs. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the program has not yet started. Once a program has started, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable, and any refund for unused sessions is at our discretion.

• Memberships and recurring subscriptions. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

 

How to request a refund. Email camiel@camielmentoring.com with your name and order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Results. Because outcomes depend on your own participation and circumstances, dissatisfaction with results is not on its own basis for a refund. Please see our Disclaimer.

Mentoring and coaching services

Mentoring and coaching are scheduled and delivered as described at the time of booking. Mentoring and coaching are supportive and educational in nature and are not professional medical, mental health, therapy, legal, or financial services. Please review our Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

Communication

If you contact us or sign up for email or text updates, you agree to receive communication as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time as described there.

Third-party links and services

This website may link to third-party websites, platforms, or resources, including platforms where the book or other products may be available. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

This website and all content and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Our separate Disclaimer applies in full and is incorporated into these Terms. We do not guarantee any specific result from the use of our content or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camiel Davenport, LLC and Camiel Mentoring are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the website, content, or services, or from any decision or action you take based on them.
